1. PERSONAL PROJECTS
Dogs will do anything for a bite of sausage! Inspired by my dog and silent film comedies, this delicate paper scene captures a fun moment outside a busy butcher shop. One of my most beloved paper art works. So cute!
A lovely journey through life in the forest, that is at the same time a journey through my own life, in the company of 14 adorable anthropomorphic animals. The biggest diorama I have made to date, the most personal and one of my favorites.
My first paper craft ever was this quaint vignette of two grandparents and a cute dog sheltering from the snowfall in their cozy, warm living room. A fireplace, a cup of tea and a few skeins of wool do the rest. Made during the pandemic blackout.
Can you hear it? You won’t stop moving your feet! Music brings animals and people together in a magical moment in the big city night. Nostalgia for dance classes and childhood memories came together in the creation of this joyful paper artwork.
2. COLLABORATIONS
The German printing company Schleunung invited me to participate in the 2023 edition of their award-winning calendar dedicated to paper art along with five other international artists. It was an honor to be part of this project with five beautiful paper illustrations from my diorama “Life” featured on two pages.
3. COMMISSIONS
